Bonded and Insured

All companies must be licensed, bonded, and insured at minimums set by the State of Oregon. Advantage Services exceeds these state requirements in all areas to help protect you and your investment:

  • Insurance - state law requires contractors to have a minimum $500,000 liability insurance. Advantage Services carries a full $2,000,000 for total coverage and protection.
  • Bonding - The Construction Contractor's Board legislation now requires General Contractors to carry a $20,000 bond. Advantage Services prides itself on complying to the fullest extent, according to the state and Construction Contractor's Board requirements.
  • Warranty - state law requires contractors to warrant all work for one year. Advantage Services is proud to provide its clients with a materials and labor warranty for two full years.
